Naija Is Winning!

Iheanacho scores in 11 league games in a row for Bursaspor! ⚽🔥

Super Eagles forward Kelechi Iheanacho has now scored in 11 consecutive Turkish league matches for Bursaspor! He netted in the 62nd minute of Monday's 2-0 win over Pendikspor. Just days earlier he became the first player to score in 10 straight matches in Turkish professional league football, passing the record of nine set by Metin Oktay in 1962-63 and matched by Saffet Sancakli in 1995-96. Coach Mustafa Er called it "a very difficult record to break" 🇳🇬

. Bursaspor beat Pendikspor 2-0 on Monday 19 October; Punch reported on 20 October 2026.
