Naija Is Winning!
Kebbi cyclist enters Guinness World Records on a 2.9-metre-tall bicycle! ๐ฒ๐ณ๐ฌ
Look up, way up! Bello Muhammad, a young cyclist from Kebbi State, has been recognised by Guinness World Records for riding the tallest bicycle without support, a towering 2.9 metres (about 9 feet 5 inches) high. His Guinness World Records certificate was presented in Kebbi State by the Patron of the Equity Cyclists Association, Abubakar Kalgo, and officials praised the feat as proof of the creativity, ingenuity and determination of the state's young people. Channels Television reports that Bello built the bicycle himself and set the record on 22 September 2026, mounting, riding and getting off the giant bike with no help at all. Punch reports that he also has a talent for electronics, technology and design, and that his skills first caught people's attention on social media. From Kebbi to the world record books, Naija youth are reaching new heights! ๐๐พ (Stunt bikes like this take years of practice and expert building, so friends, please don't try this at home โ keep your helmet on and ride safe!)
